I'm glad he is giving the koala some water, but shouldn't he be putting out fires?

Burned but not deceased wildlife will often find their way to a stream, drinking uncontrollably until they drown themselves still thinking they are dehydrated. Read it in a book as a kid. That's probably how Bambi's mom died.
