@Matt. I highly doubt they actually spent 1.5 million. They clearly borrowed the car. NBC would never approve this spending. It’s for comedic purposes. Just so you know Conan HAS been using every episode to promote relief efforts in Haiti through Ben Stillers fund.

Very funny, but maybe he can come up with some “crazy expensive” bits that involve helping Haitian ophans or unemployed Americans sufferring through the current US economic crisis. With great power comes great responsibility, and now that people are actually watching his show, maybe he could do some good with it while still sticking it to the man. THAT would be something.
