Meet Ryder, the baby sugar glider. He's 80 days old and a resident of Queensland Zoo. Most importantly, he's cute AF.
Zoo CEO Jared Schenk told BuzzFeed News that Ryder is well on his way to maturity. "He's fully furred now and opened his eyes last week. He's permanently out of mum's pouch and getting more independent. He's starting to eat eucalyptus too."
Jared also says that in another 30 days or so Ryder will start getting more bold using his "wings" to move through the air. Until then, he's still happy riding around, tightly holding onto mum.
Seriously though, we're happy to babysit until he's ready...
