I don't recognize her, but I don't follow the show THAT closely… Maybe she's a nutjob who thinks it's real? Or she's practicing? Or it's just a body double for the rehearsals or certain camera angles.

I wish I could argue that it was Sharpie or something, but that leg is shaved and the skin is all red…that shit's real. Not only is it stupid, it cost money. Dude paid a lot of money to have some crazy guy's face who yelled at a camera about a rapist…on his body.

Like Matthew said, he's really nothing unique…just thought to show it off. Yes, he can draw better than me. But EVERYONE can do this. Your brain mirrors actions on your right and left sides easily. If you start writing a word with both hands simultaneously, it is easier for your left hand to write in mirror form. So drawing would be the same.
