@tashad2: Actually many of them were on the mall including: 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 ,13, 14, 15, 16, and 20. 2 and 19 may have been as well. Maybe you should think before talking. I dout that you've ever even been to my City so or even know what the National Mall is. You probably think the National Mall is shopping mall.
FYI: our signs our spelled properly because we know how to proofread.
