Danny C 10 months agoWhat is the deal with these books? From the outside looking in, it looks like they would only appeal to women who aren’t getting any sex, and are therefore fairly unattractive. Basically like the woman (I’m assuming the author) in #6. I read some excerpt in another article the other day, and it was high school-level writing at best.

jennm3 10 months agoTwilight and the Fifty Shades were written by bored housewives (who probably married young) with unfulfilled fantasies. Simply put.

Foozlesprite 10 months agoHey, I think she’s pretty cute. To each their own. It’s not great writing—the author even admits that. It started off as Twilight fanfic, for Pete’s sake. But it does have better characterization of the heroine—Ana actually has a personality, unlike Bella, who seems purposefully designed as an ‘anywoman’ so all the tweens can identify.
