“Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.” Yes, he was (probably) drunk driving. Yes, it's a horrible and stupid thing to do. And yes, you could even say he brought this on himself. But that does not offset the fact that it's still a loss of human life. We all make mistakes in life. I'm sure some of you have done some pretty stupid shit in your lives too, but I wouldn't think to say any of you deserved to die because of it. And even if you were to perish in a moment of your own ignorance, does that mean no one who knew you is allowed to celebrate the life you lived? Can they not remember what a great friend you were and all the enjoyment your life brought them? Must they spit on your grave and say, “You deserved it asshole.” simply because of how you met your demise? The thought is so ridiculous that I can't even believe it crosses a person's mind. Dunn was a good man who brought joy into a lot of people's lives. He died making a stupid mistake. Now lets focus on his legacy and the life he lived and not how he died.
