the defining characteristic of the lax bros at my high school: a spinning lanyard (usually with a picture of dave matthews drinking a keystone light on it or something). one day back in high school, i went into the bathroom and there was a guy (backwards hat, plaid shorts, you know) leaning over a sink full of blood. “my bro,” i started worriedly, “what happened, bro?” he said that he was spinning his car keys (on a lanyard) and then they flew up his nose. and that’s why we can’t have nice things
