Who are we, or any, in the rights to dictate what an artist can paint?
It would be a scary world if the people with the money/power decided what is art, and what is not..
Symbols in art are humans’ oldest form of visual communication. Artists have incorporated symbols into their work since humans first began to delve into the world of visual expression and they painted on cave walls. And, are we not forgetting the most important thing, “Darfurnica” is a political painting, for all of us to open our eyes and see that there are still killings, rapings and suffering in Darfur…

Anyone with the tiniest amount of fashion knowledge can see that’s a LV bag. The artist clearly picked it for that reason; it’s the ultimate symbol of an elite, high-fashion bag. …And in doing so, she broke international copyright laws. Anonymous is ignorant of fashion, art, and the law, as are the idiots who just blindly “liked” this post without a thinking.

The way I understand it Anon is a loosely formed group without a clear hierarchy and fluctuating membership.There are bound to be splinter sects that form due to mutual ideals .When they finish what ever task that created the temporary cohesion they meld back into the group. So, while they wouldn’t speak for Anon as a whole, it still is an Anon project . But then again, I name my towels , so what do I know ?
