I hearted this, but not because I think that pedophilia is gay sex (I don’t think that’s what the original poster meant exactly). But there is a very hidden gay and rape culture (2 separate cultures, sometimes overlapping) in sports, especially football. I have a friend who played football until college because he found out after he made the team that there was a hazing process that included submitting to anal sex with all of the varsity players. This type of hazing is pretty much common knowledge in locker rooms.
I would not be surprised if McCleary didn’t do anything because what he saw wasn’t shocking to him. It may not have been the first time he saw sex in the locker room. As for the facts of this case, it being sex with a child, well they should all be ashamed of themselves.
