kippeee 10 months agoWhy don’t we form a group. Like a special mimic group and every piece of his work that is displayed somewhere we take it in turns to run around and ruin them :-) tehehe. That way he will pay for this for the rest of his life and we can take credid for making his “work” famous. He might even cry eh! Bagsy not naming the group tho… Unless we can call it penguin.

why has nobody called ‘shopped on this yet? can we actually verify the validity? seems odd that a Picasso would be in such unguarded and also uninteresting space.

Riff 10 months agoLOOK AT ALL THESE PEOPLE MISSING MY POINT. :D But, seriously, since I’ve had to clarify this to every single person who’s responded to me - I’m not condoning the action, nor do I think he’s a good artist, in fact, he really fucking sucks at painting. However, since the act has already been done, I think it’s worth talking about it more than just calling him an asshole or saying he should be killed. Or at least thinking about the value we attach to certain artists that it provokes this reaction - both his and yours. And if you know anything about museum-grade painting restoration (really, it’s pretty amazing what they can do), you know that there was, in all likelihood, no permanent damage, much less complete destruction. So, really, chill out, guys.
