    First of all, these people don’t seem to be over reacting at all. They just seemed a little freaked out, which I would be too if there was an earthquake in an area where earthquakes really don’t happen.
    Second, the initial reaction of these people, particularly those in NYC, may have been that something similar to 9/11 may have been going on. I think they’re pretty justified in being freaked out by unusual tremors considering what they’ve already been through.
