Yes, this was a real campaign released by German ad agency Das Comitee to "raise awareness for AIDS and World AIDS Day," back in the Fall of 2009. (The related website is now long dead.)

There is so much Wrong here — the concept, the headline, the horrible Photoshop work (whoever that guy is, it ain't Stalin) — it defies human existence.
