Famous Evil Villain Tries To Buy Machine Guns From A Weapons Factory

New video from Amnesty International.

Shot at a real weapons factory in Belgium.

As with all these types of ad stunts, caveat emptor. The guard was almost certainly in on the shenanigans. Still, it is a pretty effective effort, better than most of the awful Amnesty Internationals ads I’ve seen in the last seven years.

The agency should have taken the effort to hire a damn English proofreader, though; they left in “tyrans”, French for tyrants.

Previously: here’s an award-winning interactive bus stop poster via Amnesty created to raise domestic violence awareness.

Ad agency: Air, Brussels.
