As with all these types of ad stunts, caveat emptor. The guard was almost certainly in on the shenanigans. Still, it is a pretty effective effort, better than most of the awful Amnesty Internationals ads I've seen in the last seven years.
The agency should have taken the effort to hire a damn English proofreader, though; they left in "tyrans", French for tyrants.
