Don Draper Has Sold Billions Of Packs Of Lucky Strikes

The brand's annual sales have increased 70% since Mad Men debuted.

    Note the pack of Luckies.

It's hard to argue with these numbers:

    Via The Telegraph:

Sales of the world-famous cigarettes, owned by British American Tobacco, reached 33 billion packets last year compared to 23 billion in 2007 when the show (Mad Men) first aired.

Lucky Strike has figured prominently in the show's plot, as both Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce's tobacco client for several years and the personal brand of the chain-smoking Draper.

The Lucky Strike pin-up girl packs were big in the 1940s-1950s.
