This is the latest Japanese commercial for the Ultrabook by Intel. TRANSLATION PLEASE (Update—translated after jump).
Questions: Why the moon? Why dancing/singing lion-man (is he big in Japan?)? Why the Planet of the Apes-ish scene? And, why is this commercial not running in the US? Because it would send sales of the Ultrabook to space!
Anybody know the ad agency?

Foozlesprite a year agoPretty sure there’s a lot of punnage going on here. Japanese for ultra would be ‘urutora’ (which you can hear the guy singing a lot), and ‘tora’ is tiger. I suppose the ‘uru’ could even be the verb to sell, but that’s not as obvious a pun here.
