They also appeared on the box art.
BONUS: That same year, Nolte—looking more hardass—appeared in this h.i.s jeans ad.
OK, surveying all the evidence now available, I will say, definitely, that that woman is NOT Sigourney Weaver. Thank you, commenters.

I found two sources that say it is Weaver:

But, you doubters could be right, I can’t confirm it.
Her Wikipedia page used to have a reference to the ad, but now it doesn’t.
