This summer we're saying a tearful goodbye to three of our staff members and making room for YOU (or somebody you might know). Because you're the one booking the events, you get to know the best spaces to hold parties, the coolest managers in the industry, befriend many, many bartenders, and maybe most importantly learn which establishments to avoid completely.

Before Schmear It was a Philly sensation, Dave Fine was a Tribe 12 Fellow learning the ropes of starting a new business. The Tribe 12 Fellowship help social entrepreneurs with values-based ventures to turn their dreams into realities. Just think: you could spend time with these amazing entrepreneurs every day.

7. Share Office Space with Philly's Movers and Shakers at Tribe Commons

Earlier this year, Tribe Commons, our Center City community workspace, opened its doors to first members, Repair the World: Philly who were eager to try their hand at co-working while making Philly their home. Recently, we welcomed two members of Moishe House's national staff and eagerly anticipate the arrival of Challah for Hunger's Headquarters. Okay, so sometimes everybody stops working and chats about the HIMYM series finale...but we still manage to be productive.

8. Be on the Cutting Edge of Social Media Communications

We fancy ourselves as pretty good at internetting over here. What we mean by that is we practice proper netiquette and digital citizenship. What we mean by that is we manage four facebook pages, four twitter handles, one instagram account, one Pinterest account, and now a BuzzFeed! Just think: with us you could actually learn how to properly use a hashtag.

Being the voice of all of these projects should sound and look fun, but it's not a responsibility to be taken lightly.

9. Become the Person that People Go to When They Need Anything Philly-Based...and We Mean ANYTHING!

People ask us all the time if we will help them find something...and 98% of the time, our answer is yes.

What might require your assistance?

From spontaneous Wednesday tomato pie deliveries from Santucci's, covering yourself in freeze pops just because, to creating events just to try a new recipe, grubbing out is a crucial part of the job. Food is one of the most important elements of Jewish tradition, so why not enjoy it!
