DanteTheTerp 11 months agoWhile I agree that Chris Brown seems unapologetic about the whole incident, criticizing him doesn’t do you any good. His assault victim (Rhianna) has forgiven him. It’s been 3 years, he’s going to sell albums anyway, whether you like it or not.

kyrski 11 months agodomestic violence is never okay, coming from either partner. but to those saying “let it go already!” when chris brown actually shows any remorse, empathy for another human being, or, i dunno, changes everything about the way he handles himself publicly, that douche-rocket sociopath will always be a “woman beater” in my mind.

While I entirely oppose any sort of domestic violence, if you can’t go beyond that to do your job as a journalist you should quit, you were never a journalist to begin with. If I paid for this publication and was given this sorry sack of s***’s excuse for an album review I would definitely be getting my money back

sergios 11 months agoDamn people let shit go already Chris brown is NOT the first famous person to hit a woman, I get it he fucked up. To our knowledge he has not done done it again, he paid for his crime, Sean penn, tommy lee, Christian slater, and of course Charlie sheen are just a small number of people who have hit women and people have moved on and let them have their careers. Let’s let’s be real then people, this is more about Chris brown being black then being an abuser. Because if you beat women apparently if you’re white, it’s alright.

As I recall he only hit one woman, so Rihanna is multiple women all of a sudden? Does he hit his current GF? No. Just give him a break already and if the reviewer actually bothered to listen to the album, it’s a solid album. There are worse people than him out there, jeez.
