Because it certainly doesn't look that way anymore!
1. The world ROTATES now!
2. There's a new map, and some entirely new lands to explore.
In total, there's Maraqua, Moltara, Lutari Island, Shenkuu, and Altador.
3. Krawk Island disappeared for a while while it was getting some work done.
But it came back with a whole new look.
4. Faerieland has had a couple renovations.
Most importantly: did you know the location of the ~secret~ Hidden Tower?
5. Remember Tyrannia?
Because it looks virtually unrecognizable now!
6. In 2005, all Neopets species got new looks and poses.
7. There are a million new colors.
8. And even a few new species.
9. Oh yeah, your Neopets now have ~emotions.~
Because we didn't feel bad enough when our pets were dying of hunger or sick with the Neezles.
10. Neohomes got a total revamp.
Which is actually a blessing because the original ones gave us all headaches trying to navigate around. (But don't worry, you can still create an original Neohome if you want to relive your childhood)
11. As did the Battledome.
Not that we ever figured out how to use the first one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
12. Basically, everyone and everything got a makeover.
It looks like Queen Fyora's been hitting the tanning beds and got a Brazilian blowout.
13. Even Coltzan!
So svelte.
14. And the ever important Giant Omelet.
This omelet was the sole provider of food for our Neopets before we figured out the Neolodge trick. Now it has a new look AND new omelet flavors!
But one thing that hasn't changed is our love for our silly little pixels.
