Me thinks they wanted a page on buzzfeed to be all cheesey/friendly/happy and created the banning sarcasm thing just to back it up… as in, the people who don't like “the cheese” of it all will be saying “Wow 'THPOTI' is pretty lame, but at least we still have sarcasm”. Meh.
