According to http://www.govtrack.us, H.J.Res. 17 was introduced last January, and died in committee. It was reintroduced as H.J.Res. 15 on January 4th of this year, and is very likely to die in the House Judiciary committee, just like it did last time. Just saying. You know, in case anyone was thinking about freaking out.
