Ha, it’s always been my way or the highway with Obama. Any negotiations on his part was pure posturing- which is why he mostly failed and will continue to fail.

That chart ignores the fact that Obama has continued many of Bushes policies- the very ones we thought he would stop. That excessive spending is on his head as much as it is on Bush’s. Obama also didn’t push to bring the troops home early- when we pull out was decided during Bush’s term. Though it should be noted that most spending bills are a congress thing- not the presidents domain. When the stimulus was passed under Bush, for example, the congress was mostly Democratic. Obama and Bush should only recieve blame for policies they supported or wrote.

Progress? More like Regress.

You forget- he had both branches before he fumbled the ball.

It’s funny, because Obama has spent his entire term destroying the image that Democrats are moderates. An image they HAD largely thanks to Clinton.
