I’ve lost 75 lbs doing Weight Watchers. It took 4 years but I’ve kept it off and still trying to lose the last few pounds to reach my goal weight. It’s all about balancing out carbs, fat and protein. Any crash diets will be bad for you in the long run. Learning how to eat for your body to have a healthy weight is what it’s about. I still have my days where I treat myself to something I love so I don’t feel deprived and then get back on track. Weight Watchers is the best thing I’ve ever done!
