I am so glad that that guy got his dog back and it was well. I know from experience living in the south that when the tornado sirens go off the first thing I do is grab my dog hook her up to the leash and I DO NOT LET HER OUT OF MY SIGHT until all is clear.
My heart goes out to this poor guy, you can see in his eyes his simultaneous sadness/gladness. Thank God both he and his dog survived !!!
