Freshly squeezed lemonade is the best on any sunny day. Do you know what's even better? Freshly squeezed strawberry lemonade. It tastes great, looks pretty, and is super-easy to make. I know you're all lazy so the super-easy-to-make part is crucial.
All you need is a 2 or 3 unwaxed lemons, a punnet of strawberries, caster sugar/honey, water, and ice.
First of all, roughly chop the lemons and strawberries.
Throw them into a blender along with 100ml of water. Add either honey or caster sugar - this is the part you can improvise. If you don't like it too sweet you can add a few tablespoons of honey. Add as much honey/caster sugar (or both if you have a super sweet tooth) until the taste is to your standards. Keep blending until it's smooth. Pour it into a jug through a sieve to leave behind any seeds/pulp.
Serve it in cute cups like these with ice, strawberries and sliced lemons. Oh and vodka of course!
