As I’ve said, I watched my sister go through two and a half years of chemotherapy after being diagnosed with leukaemia when she was only 2 years old. I met children who later died after so much suffering and saw their parents grieve. If anyone had of pulled this shit on a photo of my sister they would be dead right now. You cannot make fun of ill children and post it here where people who are suffering from cancer, know someone with cancer or are grieving for a loved one can see it.

I don’t help out, I’ve just had a little sister go through chemotherapy and have met children who’ve later died at a tragically young age after much suffering. No one who has seen their suffering can joke about it.
