    1. When you realise what eating ALL the food and drinking ALL the wine in December has done to your body.

    2. You start with the greatest intentions in the world…

    3. You tell your self, you can do this you WILL get the body you deserve.

    4. It will be worth it!

    5. When you say no to junk food at work.

    6. When you’re hangry with everyone.

    7. When you lose a little bit of weight.

    8. When you finally break your diet.

    9. And you realise that perhaps exercise just isn't for you.

    10. You accept that you're probably alright the way you are.

    11. And that's just fine
