The Ups And Downs Of Travelling With Friends

As the saying goes, travelling with friends is like a roller-coaster (yes, that's how it goes). There are a lot of highs and then there are some real lows, that we have all been through, but probably won't stop us from being #ladsontour again.

The Initial Idea: WE ARE AWESOME AND SHOULD ALL GO ON A TRIP TOGETHER!

From there two things will occur:

From there small things will occur that really grind your gears:

But finally the day arrives and you're off!

No, you shouldn't pack that fedora...

    Or that fourth bikini...

Everyone has a case of serious first night fever when you touch down

    But then you remember…

    That night either:

Everyone will start the trip attempting towel changes, and then...

Around day 2 or 3 you will have a huge fight with a close friend.

Over the course of the trip, you'll make inside jokes that you can say at anytime throughout your life, and they'll still be hilarious.

And no one else will ever understand them or think they're funny.

The next few days will consist of everyone trekking to the major tourist sights whilst being incredibly hungover, and counting down the time you can start drinking again.

But you'll meet a fellow group of #ladsontour from where you're from, bond over things from back home, and probably bitch about the country or city you're currently in.

There will probably be some major sight you won't see because your group can't get their shit together

Then someone's money will run out, and you'll have to front them for the rest of the trip

You'll forget about most of your inhibitions, and start exploiting every vice you have.

And no one will discourage you.

After a week away you'll be dreading and praying to go home

You'll go home knowing that you're going to be best friends forever!

... or I'm never talking to that bitch again.

One week at home and you'll start planning your next trip away, forgetting anything bad that might have happened.
