Movie Buzz With remarkable speed, a VW Beetle owner has commemorated Zack Galfianakis's “wolf pack” speech from The Hangover with a large window-decal. This is class, right here.
Remember when Borat came out a few years ago, and every bad boss and frat guy was quoting it non-stop? This time Homeland Security is ready.
Way better than that other movie about cars or something. [via BoingBoing]
This is Steven Soderbergh's upcoming film The Informant!. It stars Matt Damon; it's created a lot of buzz because he gained weight for the role; and it's a comedy based on a true story as told in Kurt Eichenwald's book of the same name. (via Flavorwire)
RoboGeisha will blow your mind apart. NSFW if your workplace frowns upon grey matter spilling from the back of your skull (or rectal sword insertion).
A sampling of bon mots from Michael Bay's latest masterpiece, culled from IMDB. I really identify with Sam.
Ricky Gervais can call basically anyone in Hollywood and ask them to be in his movie, so he did. Tina Fey, Jennifer Garner, Rob Lowe, Jonah Hill, Louis C.K., Jason Bateman, Christopher Guest…they're all involved. Enjoy.
The trailer for Ethan Hawke's new sci-fi/vampire movie came out today. OMG!!! No shrieking teens or emo-blood-letting? I actually want to see this.

Movie Buzz This hour long documentary, which is being screened on the indie film festival circuit, delves into the lives of the “Crazy Cat Ladies” of urban legend.
English-language trailer for Hayao Miyazaki's (Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle) latest movie, Ponyo, based on “The Little Mermaid.” The American redubbed release of the movie features the voice talents of Tina Fey, Matt Damon, Liam Neeson, and Cate Blanchett. Hiayao Miyazki movies are epicly weird and beautiful. I am looking forward to this.
M. Night Shaymalan's The Last Airbender (based on the cult classic Nickelodeon animated series) is coming out next summer. Whether you agree with his casting choices or not, you should watch this teaser trailer. [via The Uniblog]
Movie Buzz A crazy movie site with very little credibility reports that Britney Spears has been offered a role in The Yellow Star of Sophia and Eton. Basic plot: Britney's character “creates a time machine and travels back to World War II where she meets a Jewish man called Eton at a concentration camp.” SPOILER ALERT: They are killed by Nazis before they can travel back to the future and get married. This is so not real, but it obviously should be.
The latest trailer for G.I. Joe confirms two things: 1) I will most assuredly pay solid American cash dollars to see this film in a threatre. 2) That I will regret it almost immediately. Damn you Wayans brothers and may God have mercy on my soul.
At one time Crossroads was (obviously) my favorite movie of all-time. I saw it 4 times just in theaters. It's a cinematic classic! So today I thought I'd make a video of some of the better (more ridiculous) parts of the movie. Don't be too harsh. This is probably like the third video I've ever made. What a good movie, though. She should really do more acting.
I think this is the Director's Cut. Way more compelling than the version I saw in the theater.
USA Today has published new images from Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland featuring Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen, and Anne Hathaway as the White Queen. Also included are three more pieces of concept art for the film.
Movie Buzz A fan-made documentary featuring interviews with cast members, writers, and fans about why this show went under-appreciated. Because you know that the E! True Hollywood Story behind this show will probably never exist.
This is footage that was cut from the final release of Terminator 3; it explains a lot. I like the idea that the machine efficiency of T1 comes from a John-Deere-riding good-ol'-boy. (Via geeksaresexy.)
A newer addition to the set of Mrs. Doubtfire re-cut videos that are on the internet, but it may be the best of the bunch. A close second to David Lynch's A Goofy Movie for my favorite comedy-to-horror mashup.
