This is Giacomo Gianniotti.

He stars as surgical resident Dr. Andrew DeLuca on Grey's Anatomy.

And by the looks of things, we'll be seeing a LOT more of him on Grey's starting this Thursday.

Some may consider him McSteamy 2.0...

...but there's more to Giacomo than being just another hot doc.

For one, he has that sexy musician thing going for him.

And he knows how to fit in a good workout between surgeries.

He puts family first.

Even if they have paws.
