1. Swim with the reef sharks - Thailand

If you can get past the notion that you are at the mercy of every creature with sharp teeth in the water realm, this adventure is for you. Go forth, brave one!

2. Get sprayed by the Iguazu Falls - Argentina

Sure, you can close your eyes, pretend you’re in South America, stand by a puddle and wait for a car to spray you - but that’s no fun. Well, it’s mostly no fun.

3. Scuba Dive - Tonga

There’s a whole different world under there. Have you seen The Little Mermaid?

4. Learn to surf - Bali

There are a lot of great places to surf, but Bali is definitely way up there. I mean, look at it.

5. Paraglide off of the Alps - Western Europe

What’s more adventurous than taking a leap of faith off of scenic European mountains? Not many things.

6. Hang glide over Rio de Janeiro - Brazil

Hang glide, paraglide - as long as you’re gliding.

7. Float in the Dead Sea - Israel

Because of the natural buoyancy of the incredibly salty water, floating in the Dead Sea is effortless. So if you’re more of a lazy adventurer - this one’s for you.

8. Participate in Encierro - Spain

Also known as the Running of the Bulls. Adrenaline paired with the very real possibility of being gored. Live a little!

9. Go volcano boarding - Nicaragua

If sliding down an incline made of volcanic rock on a wooden board doesn’t seem like your cup of tea, then take off your adventure cap and put on your boring pants. You’re boring.

10. Hike the Appalachian Trail - Eastern US

Spanning from Georgia to Maine, this trail is no joke. Bring plenty of GORP and bandanas, you’re in it now.

11. Sandboarding in Chile

It’s like snow boarding, except when you fall, your jacket isn’t filled with snow. In fact, your jacket isn’t filled with anything. There is no jacket. You’re in Chile.

12. See the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) - Just…head north.

The higher the latitude, the more likely it is you’ll get to spot this ridiculously awesome phenomenon.

13. African Safari - South Africa

The difference between this and a visit to the zoo is that on a safari, the animals can eat you if they really want to. Exciting!

14. Alnwick Poison Garden - England

Why focus on the healing and aesthetic value of plants? If you’re willing to give as much due to deadly natural growth, then go no further than the Alnwick Poison Garden, located on the English countryside.

15. GO TO SPACE!!!

Soon, thanks to new technologies, you’ll be able to go where few men have gone before - space. A quick ride into the cosmos is within reach for space tourists - but for a pretty penny. 200,000,000 pennies, to be exact.
