I like this but the voiceover guy is really annoying.
This is basically a real life version of the puppies in 101 Dalmatians watching that canine crime fighter show.
The good in this has nothing to do with McDonald's specifically; rather, this is encouraging in that a company is assuming that French society is so accepting of homosexuality that they'll gain more service than they'll lose by putting this ad out there.
Sure, the adult dancers around her do this, but it's in complete contrast to the kid's lack of being “sexed up” and the contrast is what makes it kind of funny. The kid isn't put in the place of the adult (which is what was creepy about the 7-year-olds in Single Ladies— they were children dressed as and dancing “sexily” like adults). Rather the adult situation is morphed into a childish one, with the bubbles and the play phones and all that. (The handcuffs are a little weird, though…)
