Y: The Last Man
A high-concept comic book that Time says “rivals ‘Lost’ as a smart, consistently entertaining work of popular art” is getting turned into a movie. After a mysterious plague wipes out everything with a Y chromosome (man and animal alike), Yorick Brown is left as the last man on Earth. “Disturbia” director D.J. Caruso is going to direct, and Shia LeBeouf is rumored to be playing Yorick.
