Verizon has lost its way and has no commitment to customer service. Motorola was a leader in two-way radio technology. But like other cell phone manufacturers shifted all its manf over to China. Motorola should just give up. Better yet Verizon should abandon CDMA technology and go with GSM so they can have nicer custom papers. Cell phone manufacturers build plenty of phones for GSM because it is the world standard, however, Verizon still clings to the old antiquated CDMA standard. The phone manufacturers have to specially build a phone to work on Verizon's network, so not as many are available for Verizon. I am going with a GSM carrier when my contract is up. (i.e. ATT) A good network is great, but if the phones you provide all stink what good is it?
