Texas Legalizes Dildos

A U.S. Circuit Court has overturned a Texas law outlawing the “selling, giving, lending, distributing, or advertising” of sex toys. posted Feb 14, 2008 4:58pm EST We do hope this makes it all the way to the Supreme Court, if only to hear Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s opinion.
