Steak Shortage
Food Buzz New York City faces a crisis: A shortage of good meat. Peter Luger, one of the fanciest steak houses in the city, has been forced to - gasp! - introduce a new, more affordable steak, the ribeye, just to have something to serve everyone. Rising ethanol prices have apparently driven up the cost of tasty hot beef.
