Skim Milk Cows

A biotech firm is breeding cows to naturally produce skim milk. Researchers in New Zealand have discovered a cow that makes her own skim milk naturally - straight from the udder, no help needed. Turns out the trait is genetic, and she’s passed it on to her kids.
