The New Republic rocks the publishing world with its exposé on humorist/nonfictionist David Sedaris, who apparently exaggerates for yucks. We’re shocked—shocked!—that he might have made up that one story about being sent to speech therapy in elementary school just because his teachers thought he was gay. It’s hard not to notice that Sedaris’ lies kinda pale in comparison to what former TNR staffer Stephen Glass pulled off.
