I saw the coverage extensively and know the lawyer who represented Rachel and believe me - she got no personal info. Rachel is most absolutely, most certainly a stalker here in Vancouver and Burnaby, B.C. It extends to professors at Simon Fraser University who notified police immediately. She made an absolute disgrace of herself and could never show her face there again at the university. She is lucky she was not charged more for criminal harrassment and false allegation to police where she almost ruined a man's career - the swim coach at the university she attened. She boasts of doing far more than she has done professionally. She is very good at lying. This criminal harrassment which she was charged with here extends to manipulating a boyfriend's computer so she would get copies of all incoming and outgoing email. Ahhh, that is clearly STALKING and it is criminal harrassment. The boyfriend found out, as well she contacted his son through email inappropriately. She harrassed the man's new girlfriend. This man dated her after he knew she was off the rails and knew her university days history where she caused severe damage to the reputations of numerous individuals at SFU. The university president handled her absolutely false allegations of sexual harrassment terribly and ended up resigning over the matter. The counsellor assigned to her had to get rid of her as she left hundreds of emails on her voice mail and stalked her at a conference she was attending. You cannot get rid of Rachel Marsden short of calling police. No one should give her their phone number, cell, home, email, anything personal. She has a personality disorder. Don't minimize her actions. She most certainly IS a STALKER and a harrasser - and stalking is harrassment. She basically had to leave Vancouver to have any semblance of a career, first going to Toronto and had made trouble in most places she has gone, i.e. moron Jimmy Wales.
