Nordic Walking
“Ski Walking” and hill bounding with poles began as an off season routine for Nordic skiers as a way to exercise all year long. We haven’t noticed many ski walkers on the streets of New York City, but we’re hearing reports back that it’s the latest fitness craze amongst middle-aged ladies who love indoor-mall-walking and Scandinavians alike.
