British authorities clear the way for scientists to attempt to create cybrids, human and animal hybrid embryos. Don’t freak, the resulting embryos are 99.9 percent human! Wait, that’s creepier. Researchers hope the experiments will help shed light on diseases like Parkinson’s and spinal muscular atrophy.
