Gender-Neutral Bathrooms
Politics Buzz Non-gender specific loos are the new cause célèbre on campus; a nifty Web 2.0 site “still in beta” maps “safe” public bathrooms in the U.S. for transgendered folk who need to use the facilities. This would be especially cool if it caught on at those theme restaurants where you can never tell what the whimsical sign on the door is supposed to mean—does a smiling dolphin signify “Men” or “Women”?
