This perhaps tell us a sorry story of many kids and teenagers who are fighting obesity in such a young age, it's all about proper guidance. I would be one of those who would want to have seminars etc in schools on how to eat properly and telling kids about how much harm junk foods can cause. They should take the custody of this boy in my opinion, I wouldn't say that parents are not good enough but this is bizarre.
