Eating in the Dark

“Dark restaurants” offer diners the chance to eat without seeing what they’re putting in their mouths—scary, fun, or scary fun? After getting big in Germany (where the waitstaff was usually blind), completely dark eateries are opening across China, with waiters wearing night-vision goggles. (Not to be confused with a Manhattan dating trend.) Does food you can’t see taste better?

  • It's definitely scary, I am not sure how the idea sounds for those who're on a date but really whenever eating, who knows if a mighty small insect may fly in your plate and you just eat it.  Yeah if the whole restaurant is very light dimmed and having just a candle on every table then it should be a very good dinner night.. legal steroids
