The business model of of the buy-in-bulk giant - all-in-one shopping and cut-rate luxury items - has helped boost its profits by 31 percent.

Um, we may not necessarily possess "business savvy," but if other stores rocked the samples like Costco does, we'd be buying three years supply of cat food and gummi bears from them, too.
