Collagen as a main ingredient in food could be the next health craze. A Japanese chef opens a restaurant in NYC claiming that pig’s feet will be the new sushi due its high content of collagen. We’re not sure which scares us more: collagen injected by needle or ingested in the form of pig’s feet.
