Aliza Shvarts
Yale art student Aliza Shvarts’ senior art project documents a nine-month process during which she artificially inseminates herself while inducing miscarriages over and over. Her exhibition will feature video recordings of these forced miscarriages as well as preserved collections of the blood from the process. Finally, something that pro-lifers AND pro-choicers can agree on! Now both sides of the controversial debate can concur that gratuitous abortion art is pretty despicable.

To get more details about her, I went to google and searched about her…landed onto Wikipedia. Her story is really shocking, using syringes with semen in it in order to be fertilized? Damn, that is still giving me shivers…I can't imagine how much pain she would have gone through and it's even more painful that she chose the road herself. I may not have much knowledge about Arts but I don't think it can be called Arts. Michelle
