Politics Buzz New non-lethal weapon has been cleared for Iraq usage. This weapon inflicts massive pain upon its target, which the military calls “the goodbye effect,” perfect for controlling unruly dark-skinned people. Naming weapons technologies like you would an emo band sounds pretty harmless, but these weapons are leaving people with giant blisters and face-melting pain. I think I’d rather go waterboarding or be tasered.
