24 Thoughts I Had While Watching "The Neverending Story" For The First Time

Yet, I found myself to be a young adult and had still never seen it. When a friend of mine learned this, there was a lot of "WHAT!?" and gasping and she sat me down right away and popped a dvd in.

Watching this movie as a kid was probably a very different experience. And if you've revisited this movie as an adult you might agree with some of the thoughts I had throughout the movie.

1. Why is this kid's dad making what appears to be the grossest breakfast drink ever?

He is a kid, aren't they supposed to have their head in the clouds? Also, the kid's mom just died. Harsh man.

Don't get me wrong, this part hit me right in the feels. But I had to wonder why Artax was so sad. Did he just break up with his mare? Did daddy not love him? What is it Artax??
